Lactational Amenorrhea Method
The lactational amenorrhea method can only be used by those of you who have recently given birth. If you are continuously breastfeeding, the body will not produce the hormone that is required for ovulation to occur. Ovulation is the time of your cycle when the egg is released from an ovary, your most fertile time! This method could be used for up to 6 months after the birth date.
Keep in mind, that this method is very specific to it's rules. I suggest to speak with a knowledgeable instructor before putting this method to use.
